A method to evaluate the reserves quality during the early development study in offshore oilfields was developed, by taking the Minghuazhen Formation reservoir in Bonan area, Bohai water, as a case, in which the main indicators to evaluate the reserves quality (including the quantitative indicators such as reserves size, reserves abundance and reserves concentration and the qualitative indicators such as lithology, petrophysics and rhyth-micity of reservoir, fault complexity, oil viscosity and reservoir type) were integratedly combined through a reasonable workflow, and the design of a development program can be guided by a complete evaluation of the reserves quality. Its application results has shown that it is possible to make the policy decision for the early development study project of a new oilfield more rational and reliable, by lifting the geological investigation during the early development from the qualitative description to the quantitative description. This method may provide a new policy-decision workflow and model for planning the ground engineering facilities and exploiting the hydrocarbon reserves in Bohai water oilfields, and would also be meaningful as a reference for the policy decision of oilfield development in other sea areas.%以渤海渤南地区明化镇组储层为例,总结出了海上油田开发前期研究阶段储量品质评估方法,即采用合理的技术流程将储量品质评估的主要指标(包括储量规模、储量丰度、储量集中度等定量指标和储层岩性、物性、韵律性、断裂复杂程度、原油粘度和油藏类型等定性指标)进行有机结合,进而在对油田储量品质进行全面评估的基础上指导油田开发方案的编制.应用效果表明,将开发前期研究阶段地质研究从定性描述提升到定量描述阶段,可使新油田开发前期研究项目决策更加理性和有依据.本文提出的储量品质评估方法为合理规划海上油田地面工程设施和动用地下油气储量资源提供了新的决策流程和模式,对其他海域油气田开发决策具有借鉴意义.
