定量分析评价了2005-2011年《中国海上油气》影响因子、总被引频次、他引率、扩散因子、来源文献量、平均引文数、基金论文比等计量指标.评价结果表明,2005-2011年期间《中国海上油气》影响因子、总被引频次、基金论文比等计量评价指标稳中有升,期刊影响力取得明显提高；他引率、扩散因子等计量指标较同行期刊有较大优势；来源文献量、平均引文数等计量指标较同行期刊有较大差距.建议通过进一步提高刊文质量、不断完善审稿专家队伍建设与优化稿件外审程序和适时适量扩大刊容量等措施来进一步提升期刊的影响力.%Multiple measure indexes, such as the in-rnflunce factor, the total citing frequency, the citingrnrate, the spreading factor, the paper source, the average reference and the fund-paper rate, were quantitatively analyzed for the journal China Of fshore Oil and Gas from 2005 to 2011. The results showed that the journal was steady and had a little rise in the influnce factor, the total cited frequency and the fund-paper rate, with its impact expanded obviously from 2005 to 2011. For the citing rate and the spreading factor, China Of fshore Oil and Gas established greater superiority over other journals of the same trade, but was quite poorer in the paper source and the average reference than the other journals. It is suggested to further lift the journal impact by improving the paper quality, continuously perfecting the construction of manuscript reviewer force, optimizing the review procedure and timely expanding the publication capacity.
