深水钻井水力参数计算及优选方法

         

摘要

Based on conventional drilling hydraulic parameters design theory, considering the wellbore configuration features of deep water drilling, the method for calculating the optimum flow rate, circulating pressure loss and ECD that apply to deep water drilling are proposed. The pressure loss in drill pipe and annulus of different well sections under the different flow states are calculated and analyzed, a new method for optimizing deep water drilling hydraulic parameters is presented in this paper. The case calculation and analysis show that this method corresponded to the actual situation with high computing accuracy , and it has practically guiding significance to deep water drilling hydraulic parameters design.%基于常规钻井水力参数设计理论,结合深水钻井井身结构特点,给出了适用于深水钻井的理论最优排量、循环压耗及钻井液当量循环密度计算方法,针对不同井段、不同钻井液流态下钻杆内及环空内的压耗进行了计算和分析,提出了深水钻井水力参数优选方法.进行了实例计算分析,结果表明本文提出的深水钻井水力参数计算和优选方法计算精度高,符合深水钻井实际情况,对深水钻井水力参数设计具有一定的指导意义.
