涠洲油田群生产水减排方案研究与实践

         

摘要

As Weizhouo ilfields group gradually matures into late stage development,the amount of pro-duced water increases a great deal,which leads to the capacity of the original water treatment facilities and the quality of the treated water cannot meet the requirements of the production and the national energy-saving and emission-reduction.The produced water proration of the oilfields group in the next few years was predicted based on the current actual operation status of Weizhou oilfields group.By substituting sea-water with produced water for water flooding,adding a high accuracy water treatment system to the whole oilfields group,and re-injecting the produced water to the non-target strata through wastewater disposing wells,the original produced water treatment scheme was adjusted and optimized,solving the regional problem of increasing produced water in the oilfields group comprehensively.Up to now,the optimized treatment scheme after optimization has passed the systematic debugging and been put into operation suc-cessfully with a good treatment result,achieving the purpose of energy-saving and emission-reduction,as well as cost-decreasing and benefit-enhancing.%随着涠洲油田群逐步进入开发后期,生产水逐年增多,油田原有的生产水处理设施的处理能力和处理后的水质已不能满足生产及国家节能减排的要求.本文结合整个涠洲油田群目前实际的生产运营状况,对该油田群未来几年的生产水配产进行了预测,通过利用生产水替代海水回注驱油、在整个油田群增加一套高精度污水处理系统以及将生产水通过污水井回注非目的层等创新性措施,对原有的生产水处理方案进行了优化调整,区域性统筹解决了该油田群日益增多的生产水处理难题.目前,优化调整后的生产水处理流程已通过系统调试并顺利投产,运行处理效果良好,达到了节能减排、降本增效的目的.
