浮式储存气化装置系泊系统紧急解脱风速研究

         

摘要

FSRUs have to be moored on the dock perennially during production operations;its continuous operation capability is an important indicator for evaluating an FSRU project.Based on the wind,current,wave and measured cable load information which was collected in Tianjin FSRU project,an FSRU mooring numerical model was established with which the tension of the cable was then computed.The resulting tension values were verified by the values observed on the monitoring system in the project.The results here suggested that it is unnecessary to take any emergency measures until the wind speed grows higher than 22.5 m/s according to the "Code for design of liquefied natural gas port and jetty".Before the cable tension was greater than 50% of the breaking force,what has to be done only is to cut down and release the unloading arm.The FSRU efficiency can be greatly improved by following this approach,ensuring the continuous gas supply.The research results will provide a theoretical basis for future fabrication and operation of FSRUs.%浮式储存气化装置(FSRU)作业时需要长时间系泊于码头上,其连续作业能力成为评估一个FSRU项目的重要指标.以天津FSRU项目为例,基于现场实际采集的风、浪、流数据和实测缆绳数据,通过建立FSRU系泊模型对系泊缆张力进行了数值模拟计算,并运用现场的缆绳载荷监测系统对计算结果进行了验证.研究结果表明,FSRU在风速超过《液化天然气码头设计规范》要求的20 m/s时并不需要紧急离泊,只有超过22.5 m/s时,须采取应急措施,高压外输臂会紧急切断并断开连接,在系泊缆张力达到破断力的50%之前无需进行离港操作,这样可以极大提升FSRU的作业效率,保证供气的连续性.研究结果可为今后FSRU的建设运行提供理论依据.
