海洋钻探取样对于充分利用海洋资源起着至关重要的作用,然而缺乏深水及超深水自主取样技术已成为制约我国海洋资源开发的瓶颈.在自主研制的已成功应用在南海北部陆坡588 m深水区的TK系列压入活塞式取样钻具的基础上,对该钻具密封装置、衬管、管鞋等进行了优化.新型压入活塞式取样钻具具有良好的耐磨、抗变形等性能,已在南海北部陆坡1720 m超深水区顺利完成100 m连续钻孔取样作业,岩心平均收获率达85%,成为我国超深水取样第一钻.新型压入活塞式取样钻具可满足我国海洋深水及超深水钻探取样的需求,具有良好的推广应用价值.%Drilling and sampling play a vital role in full exploitation of marine resources;however, the shortage of sampling technologies with independent IPRs in deep water and ultra-deepwater is the bottleneck to exploit marine resources in our country.On the basis of the TK series press-in piston sampling drilling tools, which was independently developed and successfully applied in the 588 m deep northern slope of the South China Sea, the combination of the sealing material, liner and pipe shoe was optimized.The new generation of press-in piston sampling drilling tool has good resistance against wear and deformation, and a 100 m continuous sampling job was successfully completed in the northern slope with a water depth of 1720 m, with the core recovery being 85%.This is the first job of ultra-deepwater sampling in China.The new tool can well meet the deep water and ultra-deepwater marine drilling and sampling needs which has high dissemination and application potential.
