崖城13-1气田高温气井动态监测与分析技术

         

摘要

南海琼东南盆地崖城13-1气田是典型的海上高温高压气田,具有井深大、水气比变化大等特点,动态监测与分析面临很大困难.通过该气田的开发实践及技术研发攻关,形成了一系列适用于高温高压气井的动态监测技术:对高温气井常规测试方法和监测制度进行了优化,减少了测试工作量和降低了测试风险;将管流计算分析与产能方程结合,形成了井口产能测试技术,为优化气井配产和工作制度提供了依据.基于气藏凝析水产量计算方法的凝析水预测技术以及产出水实验分析技术,结合产出剖面生产测井技术形成了高温气井产水定量分析技术和产出水识别技术,指导了堵水措施的成功实施.应用本文研究成果在降低测试风险和测试成本的同时,还准确获取了相关测试资料,从而为气田下步开发方案的制订和决策提供了指导.%YC13-1 gas field in Qiongdongnan basin of the South China Sea is a typical offshore high temperature and high pressure gas field.Dynamic monitoring is full of challenges because of the deep wells and the great varying range of water-gas ratio.Through the development practice of the gas field and technology research and development, a series of new dynamic monitoring technologies are developed for high temperature and high pressure gas reservoir: the conventional testing methods and monitoring system are optimized to reduce workload and risk;a new wellhead production test method is developed by combining pipe flow pressure calculation and productivity equation, which provides the basis for optimizing the production and working system of gas well.High temperature gas well water production quantity analysis and water detection technology are developed to guide water plugging by combining condensed water prediction based on condensed water production calculation, produced water experimental analysis and production logging technology.The application of the new technologies not only reduces the risk and cost of well testing, but also is helpful in getting accurate testing data, thus providing guidance for development plan and policy in YC13-1 gas field.
