针对隔水导管穿刺鞋打桩作业中出现的溜桩、破岩能力差等问题,研发了一种新型国产隔水导管穿刺鞋,采用圆柱形管体防止歪桩,管体外部焊接加强筋提高强度,底部有线形结构合金齿用以破裂坚硬岩层.ANSYS数值模拟分析表明,新型国产隔水导管穿刺鞋具有较好的贯入能力、抗压能力及抗外挤能力,其性能指标具有较大的安全余量,可满足现场应用要求.新型国产隔水导管穿刺鞋已在南海西部某区块16口井的隔水导管打桩作业中取得成功应用,与周边油田打桩作业相比平均每锤进尺提高约28%,作业效率提高约15%,具有良好的应用效果和可推广价值.%Aiming at pile slipping and poor rock puncturing capacity of the existing riser puncture shoes, a new version puncture shoe was developed, which utilizes a cylindrical body to prevent pile slanting.Reinforcing ribs are weld around the tube body to increase the strength, with many taper alloy teeth at the bottom to puncture hard rock formations.The ANSYS numerical simulation study found that the new domestic riser puncture shoes has good penetrating capacity, compressive strength and collapse strength, and has a safety margin high enough to meet the field application requirements.The new domestic riser puncture shoes achieved success in field application in a block with 16 wells in the western South China Sea.Compared with piling operations in offset blocks, the average hammer penetration increased by about 28%, and the overall operation efficiency increased by about 15%, showing a high potential of dissemination.
