液体晃动对TLP泥浆罐侧壁的影响分析

         

摘要

采用SESAM软件对TLP进行水动力分析,根据波浪谱和加速度传递函数得到TLP加速度响应谱,计算了各个方向的加速度极值;基于SESAM的计算结果,采用ANSYS软件建立TLP上部泥浆罐静水压模型和泥浆罐晃动模型,将平台加速度极值作为惯性载荷输入,从结构强度和刚度2个方面分析了泥浆罐内液体晃动对泥浆罐各侧壁的影响,结果表明:液体晃动会在一定程度上增加泥浆罐侧壁应力和变形,其中对波纹板侧壁的应力和变形增大程度较小,而对平板侧壁的变形增大程度极为明显.本文研究成果可为TLP泥浆罐侧壁及内壁的安全设计提供参考.%The hydrodynamic analysis on the tension leg platform (TLP) was conducted with SESAM software,and the TLP acceleration response spectrum was obtained and the maximum value of TLP acceleration was calculated based on wave spectrum and the acceleration transfer function.ANSYS was used to build the hydrostatic pressure model and mud sloshing model for the mud tank at the upper part of TLP on the basis of calculating results of SESAM software.Taking the maximum value of TLP acceleration as inertial load input data,this paper analyzed how the mud sloshing affect the mud tank bulkhead in the aspects of strength and stiffness.The analysis showed that both stress and deformation of mud tank bulkhead would increase to some extent for mud sloshing,and the influence degree of mud sloshing to flat bulkhead was more significant than that of corrugated bulkhead.This study results could provide references for the safety design of TLP mud tank bulkhead and inner wall.
