崖城13-1气田海底输气管线带压回收修复方案设计及作业实践

         

摘要

Aiming at the leakage of subsea gas line and the rollover of valve protection cover,which have been used in YC13-1 gas field for 20 years and need to be repaired under pressure,this subsea pipeline repairing program under pressure is formulated based on the sealing conditions of dangerous gases at worksite,and fatigue damage analysis was conducted on the pipeline to be recovered and repaired under pressure.The allowable fatigue values was obtained,which can work as an instruction for the fatigue time control during pipeline repair.This paper puts forward dangerous gases detection methods and emergency response plan for the recovering and repairing of old subsea pipelines under pressure to ensure the normal operation as well as the safety of workers and vessels.This subsea pipeline recovering/repairing technology fills the gap in China,and lays a solid foundation for the development of subsea pipeline repairing technologies.%针对崖城13-1气田服役20年的海底输气管线出现泄漏和阀组保护罩侧翻但必须采用带压修复的现状,根据现场危险性气体封堵情况设计了海管带压修复方案,并对带压回收修复海底管线进行了疲劳损伤分析,给出了疲劳许用值,以此指导修复期间作业线的疲劳时间控制措施;提出了带压回收修复老海底管线期间的危险性气体检测方法及应急方案,保证了带压回收修复的正常进行及作业人员、船舶的安全.本次老海底管线带压回收修复技术填补了国内相关领域的空白,为海底管线维抢修技术的发展奠定了坚实基础.
