脐带缆液压传输特性等效方法

         

摘要

By using the similarity principle,the hydraulic transmission characteristics of umbilical and the transmission characteristics of power circuit are compared and analyzed,the calculation model of umbilical hydraulic transmission characteristics in terms of fluid resistance,fluid capacity and liquid inductance is developed,and an equivalent method for simulating the hydraulic transmission characteristics of umbilical is proposed,where a small diameter pipe is used to simulate fluid resistance,an accumulator is used to simulate fluid capacity,and hydraulic motor and flywheel assembly are used to simulate liquid inductance.Besides,the calculation method of equivalent parameters is also analyzed.AMESim software is used to compare the simulated pressure VS.time curves of the umbilical and equivalent umbilical during pressure relief without operating actuator.By operating a single and two actuators,the simulated time required for operating valves of the umbilical and the equivalent are compared and the pressure characteristics of subsea accumulator when the valve is opened are also compared.The simulation results show that the equivalent device can do a good job in simulating the valve operation characteristics of the umbilical.In addition,the tests of conducting pressure relief without operating actuator and operating a single actuator for the equivalent device are verified.The verification results show that the experimented time required for pressure relief of the equivalent umbilical is basically identical with that of the simulation umbilical,the relief curves are close to each other,and the pressure change of subsea accumulator and the valve operation time are consistent with the simulation results.It indicates that the equivalent device can do a good job in simulating the hydraulic transmission characteristics of umbilical,and can be used for replacing the umbilical in combined test of subsea products.%运用相似性原理,将脐带缆管路液压传输特性与电路电力传输特性进行类比分析,建立了脐带缆液压传输特性液阻、液容、液感数学计算模型,提出了脐带缆液压传输特性等效方法,运用细管等效液阻、蓄能器等效液容、液压马达和飞轮组合等效液感,并分析了等效参数的计算方法.运用AMESim软件,通过无负载泄压,比较脐带缆与等效脐带缆仿真的压力-时间特性;通过开启单个和2个执行器,比较脐带缆与等效脐带缆仿真开关阀的时间及开阀时水下蓄能器压力特性,仿真结果表明脐带缆等效装置能较好地模拟脐带缆开关阀特性.开展了脐带缆等效装置无负载泄压和操作单个执行器实验验证,结果表明等效脐带缆实验泄压时间与脐带缆仿真泄压时间基本一致,泄压曲线较为接近;水下蓄能器的压力变化和开关阀门时间均与仿真结果一致,说明脐带缆等效装置能较好地模拟脐带缆液压传输特性,在水下产品联合测试时可用于替代脐带缆.
