基于CT图像的两岁健康儿童眼眶三维建模

         

摘要

It is common for children whose one eyeball is small or there is no eyeball causes facial asymmetry at the Clinical Ophthalmology. In order to seek effective intervention strategies for the children, we have to study developmental enginery of children' orbital-bone and the influence factor of biomechanics ,and use to set up the model which based on 2-year-old children's orbital-bone CT images. The model is prepared to the further biomechanics analysis. There are several reports for orbital-bone nowadays, however, most of them are concern about adults instead of children who are in period of blooming growth, especially 2-years-old.%眼科临床中常见儿童因一只眼为小眼球或无眼球,导致了眶部不对称的畸形.为了寻求有效的干预策略和发病机制,探究影响其发育的生物力学因素,开展了基于CT图像,针对发育快速生长期的2岁健康儿童眼眶的CT图像建模研究,为后期的生物力学分析做准备.目前,虽然已有关于眼眶建模的报道,但大多是有关成年人的,尚未见到针对发育旺盛期的儿童,尤其是2岁儿童的.
