家猪骨与软组织电阻抗特性研究

         

摘要

Objective To distinguish different tissues using bioelectrical impedance technology, measured impedance from vitro home pig tissues provide some basic data.Methods Impedance and phase angle were measured for cortical bone ,canrellous bone and muscle in the frequency range from 5Hz-13MHz and frequency characteristics were analysed.ResultS Differences of impedance between pig cortical bone and cancellous bone, cortical bone and muscle are constant approximately in frequency range from 5kHz to 1MHz .Distribution of phase between pig compact bone and spongy bone is similar(p=0.988),soft tissue and compact is significantly different(p=0.000).Conclusion The frequency range of 10KHz~200KHz is a better band for using bioelectrical impedance measuring technology in the field of distinguishing different tissues.%目的对离体家猪标本进行电阻抗测量,为使用生物电阻抗测量法区分不同的组织提供实践依据.方法在5Hz~13MHz频段内,分别对家猪的脊柱皮质骨、松质骨以及周围软组织等三种组织进行阻抗值和相位角的测量,分析其频谱特性.结果在5kHz~1MHz频段内,家猪的这三种组织的阻抗值变化较小,组织间的阻抗差值较为恒定.在整个频段内,皮质骨与松质骨相位角的变化趋势呈高相似性(p=0.988),而与软组织相位角的变化趋势存在非常明显的差异性(p=0.000).结论 10~200kHz频段是可以用来很好地区分家猪的这三种组织,是运用生物电阻抗技术进行组织定位的合适频段.
