家用高压软体舱空气净化系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

Objective To design an air purification system of household hyperbaric soft capsule which conforms to standard of medical breathing gas source. Method Based on the analysis of causes, harm and elimination measurements of common impurities in compressed air, the concrete implementation method to purify the air in the capsule is proposed. Results The system can fully meet the design requirements by debugging, operating and monitoring of various indicators. Conclusion The design is simple and efficient, and the system is stable, the high-pressure air can meet the standard of medical breathing gas source.%  目的设计符合医用呼吸气源标准的家用高压软体舱空气净化系统。方法通过对压缩空气中常见杂质的产生原因、危害及消除措施进行分析,提出了软体舱内空气净化的具体实现方法。结果通过运行调试,各项指标监测完全达到设计要求。结论该设计简捷高效,系统运行安全稳定,舱内高压空气符合医用呼吸气源标准,可以安全使用。
