本文综合论述并分析了流式细胞仪的工作原理、基本结构、常用技术及其在医疗实践中的临床应用。%This paper discusses and analyzes the operating principles, basic structures and common techniques of flow cytometry. Clinical applications in medical practices of flow cytometry are also discussed.
