铝梯在诊断X射线设备中的检测研究

         

摘要

目的利用诊断X射线机与铝梯配合使用,研究铝梯用于诊断X射线机自动曝光系统运行情况的判别方法。方法根据国家标准对某一机型的50 kW常规X线机进行标定检测后,在其他条件不变情况下调节kV值使铝梯在10种kV值(分为两组)下曝光,对检测结果进行判读。结果通过能量对比可以看到曝光结果符合康普顿效应。铝梯可以用于X射线机确定mAs线性、对比度、峰值电压能量对比(vs.kVp)、自动曝光检测或制定X射线摄影条件。结论用铝梯楔的方法对X射线机自动曝光控制精度检测能够简化传统检测方法,提高检测效率和检测精度。%Objective Using diagnostic X-ray machine cooperated with Aluminum ladder to investigate a method found in measuring operation of automatic exposure system in diagnostic X-ray machine when applying with Aluminum ladder. Methods After detecting a conventional X-ray machine of 50 kW according as national standard, Aluminum ladder is exposured in 10 kinds of different kV when only the value of kV changes, then the result is distinguished. Results The exposal result fits with Compton effective by comparison of energy, and Aluminum ladder can be used in confirming linearity of mAs, contrast, energy contrast of kVp, automatic exposure detect, and establishing photography condition of X-ray machine. Conclusion Automatic exposure control precision detection of X-ray machine could be simplified, and obtain higher efficiency and precision based on Aluminum ladder.
