GE XR650 VolumeRAD操作技术与剂量控制

摘要

VolumeRAD is a three dimensional radiographic imaging technique of direct radiography equipment which is produced by General Electric. It can get a series of slice images parallel to detector surface after one image acquisition. It plays an important role in imaging diagnosis of chest, skeleton, joint, skull and abdomen and applies even more to display details of complex structures and overlapping locations. However, the operative complexity and exposure dose of VolumeRAD have caused specialists’ close attention. This paper discusses the methods of improving imagery time efficiency and reducing radiation dose of VolumeRAD based on its operative techniques.%　　VolumeRAD是GE公司DR设备的3D X射线照相术，一次曝光采集能获得平行于探测器表面系列的断层图像，特别适用于复杂结构和重叠部位的细节显示，在胸部、骨关节、头面部、腹部等的疾病诊断中具有重要价值，但其操作复杂性和数10次的曝光剂量也受到业内人士的高度关注。本文探讨了在掌握其操作方法的基础上，提高VolumeRAD成像技术时间效率和降低辐射剂量的方法。
