Objective To investigate CT features of pulmonary solitary thin-walled cavitary tuberculosis in order to optimize its diagnosis accuracy.Methods CT images of 19 patients clinically-conifrmed with pulmonary solitary thin-walled cavitary tuberculosis were analyzed and summarized retrospectively. Results More lesions were located at pulmonary tuberculosis common site (apicoposterior segment of superior lobe/ posterior segment of lower lobe) and right lung; the lesions were more likely to be round/oval, the inner wall of cavitary was smooth, there were speculation on the margin of the lesions, and the pleura change and satellite lesion were shown on the adjacent area.Conclusion It supposed to be pulmonary tuberculosis if the solitary thin-walled cavitary lesion located at the apicoposterior segment of superior lobe/posterior segment of lower lobe, the shape of lesions was round/oval, the inner wall of cavitary was smooth, there were speculation on the margin of the lesions, and the pleura change and satellite lesions.%目的：探讨肺内单发薄壁空洞型肺结核的CT表现，为临床提供参考，以提高对该病的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析19例经临床证实的、表现为肺内单发薄壁空洞型肺结核患者的CT影像资料，对其CT征象进行分析、总结。结果19例患者中，病灶多位于肺结核的常见发病部位（上叶尖后段及下叶背段），且多见于右肺；病灶多表现为圆形/类圆形、内壁光滑的空洞，病灶边缘多伴有长毛刺，临近可见胸膜增厚、牵拉及卫星灶。结论若肺内单发薄壁空洞性病灶位于肺结核的好发部位，且病灶形态呈圆形/类圆形，空洞内壁光滑，病灶边缘伴有长毛刺、临近可见胸膜改变及卫星灶形成，要首先考虑肺结核的可能。
