止血防粘连耗材的管控

摘要

目的：引导临床合理规范使用止血防粘连耗材，降低这类耗材的成本，确保相关耗材安全、有效、可靠。方法对2014年1月~2015年6月的止血防粘连耗材的使用记录和收费情况进行整理分析，并利用鱼骨图找出使用费用高的原因，并制定相应的管控措施。结果2015年下半年采用事前定额管控后的使用金额比2014年同期使用金额减少了30.2%。结论加强止血防粘连耗材入院质量控制，规范请领流程，对重点止血防粘连耗材实行科室领用费用定额管理，并建立事前提醒机制，有效降低了科室该类耗材的使用费用。%ObjectiveTo lead clinicians on proper use of hemostatic and anti-adhesion consumables and reduce the related cost so as to ensure safe, effective and reliable use of the consumables.Methods By analysis of the usage records and charging history from January 2014 to June 2015, the causes for high costs of consumables were found with the help of ifshbone diagram. And management and control measures were formulated.Results Since the pre-quota management and control measures were adopted, the cost for such consumables reduced by 30.2% from July 2015 to December 2015 compared to last year.ConclusionThe enhancement of admission quality, standardization of application process, expense control and management for special departments as well as the pre-warning mechanism can effectively reduce the costs of hemostatic and anti-adhesion consumables.
