基于STC15F104E单片机的移动X线机无线延时曝光系统的研制

         

摘要

本文阐述了移动X线机无线延时曝光系统的研制和测试过程,该系统主要由单片机STC15F104E、PC817光耦及信号处理模块、无线遥控(发射/接收)模块、声音报警模块和通信模块组成,具备无线延时曝光的功能。系统测试结果表明,当采用一档继电器吸合3 s,然后二档继电器同时吸合2 s,最后同时放开的方案时,系统应用效果最好,能够满足临床需求。%This paper expounded the development and application process of a mobile X-ray machine wireless delay exposure system which is mainly composed of STC15F104E, PC817 optical coupling and the signal processing module, wireless remote control module, voice alarm module and communication module, and equipped with wireless and delay exposure functions. According to the test results, the system could achieve its optimal effectiveness when the first gear relay was pulled in for 3 seconds, then second gear relay was pulled in for 2 seconds at the same time, ifnally the two relays were released simultaneously.
