我院始终坚持以病人为中心的服务宗旨,积极探索门诊流程改革,设置了门诊预约中心,实施网络、电话、现场、短信、手机APP等多元化的就诊预约方式,特别是近期实施门诊“一卡通”(先诊疗,后结算),直接优化了门诊流程,缩短了病人的就诊时间,取得了十分明显的成效。本文详细介绍了我院门诊流程优化解决方案的实施过程。%In adherence to the service principle of patient-centered care, our hospital actively explored the outpatient worklfow optimization by setting up outpatient appoint center, where different outpatient appointment methods were carried out, including network, telephone, on spot, text message, mobile apps, andetc. In particular, the recent implementation of the service of one card pass ( treatment ifrst, settlement second) directly optimized outpatient service process, shortened the treatment time of patients, and achieved very signiifcant results. The paper explained in details the implementation of the solutions used in outpatient worklfow optimization.
