浅析电子病历的互联互通

摘要

本文详细介绍了我院电子病历（EMR）系统与医院信息系统（HIS）、实验室信息系统（LIS）和医学影像存储和传输系统（PACS）无缝连接实施过程。各系统集成后实现了以电子病历为核心的信息互联互通，提升了医院信息化水平，从而保证了市级医院电子病历平台的数据采集和上报电子病历的完整性和准确性。%This paper detailed the practice of Huzhou Third Municipal Hospital in seamless inter-connection of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system with HIS (Hospital Information System), LIS (Laboratory Information System) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). The integration of multi-systems realized the inter-connection of information with EMR as the core, which improved the level of hospital informatization, thus ensuring the municipal data collection in the EMR platform as well as the integrity and accuracy of EMR reporting.
