目的 本文目的在于探讨一种提高拉针仪在试管婴儿过程中提取卵细胞的成功率的方法.方法 通过调整拉针仪的各种参数,提高拉针仪制作取卵管的质量,并用直径恒定的铜芯来控制取卵管的孔径大小.结果 通过各组不同的对比试验,得到了拉针仪最佳参数(热度=70℃;主磁力=60 N;副磁力=40 N),然后加入直径大小为0.375 mm的铜芯,就可以得到末端孔径可控的取卵管.结论 通过优化,该研究以巴氏管为原料,利用拉丝仪与铜芯,可以提高制作巴斯管的成功率,节约大量的注射时间,值得临床应用和推广.%Objective The purpose of this study was to improve the success rate of producing capillary tube when micropipette puller was used as production tools. Methods The quality of capillary tube was improved by adjusting the parameters of micropipette puller. And the diameter of capillary tube was controlled by the constant diameter copper core. Results Through a lot of contrast tests, optimization parameters such as heater level (70℃), magnet main (60 N) and deputy magnet (40 N) of micropipette puller were found. The copper core that was with a diameter size of 0.375 mm to produce capillary tube was suitable. Conclusion The method of this study could improve the success rate of producing capillary tube. And the injection time was saved when using this method. So it is worthy of popularizing this method in clinical application.
