医疗设备使用效益监管系统的开发与应用

摘要

目的 开发医疗设备使用效益监管系统,对我院大型医疗设备使用效率进行监管,以提高医疗设备的使用率和规范医疗设备合理配置.方法 基于HIS系统、PACS等子系统的互联互通,开发一款实时的医疗设备使用效益监管系统,实现医疗设备使用效益数据自动化采集与分析.结果 系统对我院单价购置金额在50万元以上,共计400余台医疗设备开展了使用数据效益分析研究,为提高医疗设备的使用率提供了基础数据支持,同时也优化了医疗设备的引入标准.结论从根本上解决了依靠人工收集设备使用数据、统计数据导致的周期长、效率低、数据准确性低的问题.%Objective To develop medical equipment service efficiency supervising system, so as to improve the utilization rate of medical device and regulate rational distribution. Methods By the interconnection of hospital information system (HIS), image archiving and communication system (PACS) etc., our hospital designed a real-time service efficiency supervision system for medical device to achieve automated acquisition and analysis for the service efficiency supervision data. Results The system analyzed and studied the service efficiency to about 400 sets of medical equipment above 500000 RMB acquisition price by acquiring their service data, which provided basic data support for improving the utilization rate of medical device and optimized medical equipment introduction standards. Conclusion The system solved a series of problems by artificial data collection and statistics, such as long cycle, low efficiency and low data accuracy.
