基于医联体的患者服务管理平台的研究与设计

         

摘要

Objective To facilitate medical examination appointment, expert appointment and outpatient and inpatient dual referral for patients in affiliated community hospitals of medical alliance. Methods Based on the medical service management platform of medical alliance, a data center was established. Setting patients index to unique primary key, the data from relevant information systems of every hospital in regional medical alliance was extracted by data integrator and collector, ETL tool and so on, then showed on Web, WeChat, APP and other platform after processing. Results The pilot application of patient service management platform based on medical alliance had made great achievements. More patients chose nearby grass-roots hospital for advance registration and getting examination results, even if they need to go to the superior hospital for treatment. Conclusion The construction and application of this project made patients enjoy medical service of 3A grade hospitals in the nearby community service center, effectively alleviated the treatment pressure of 3A grade hospitals and saved medical resources as well.%目的 方便医联体下属的社区医院患者进行检验项目预约、专家预约、门诊及住院双向转诊.方法 通过基于医联体的患者服务管理平台,建立医疗联合体数据中心,以病人索引为唯一主健,通过数据集成采集器、ETL等工具抽取区域医联体各家医疗机构相关信息系统的业务数据,加工处理后通过Web、微信、APP等多种方式展示出来.结果 医联体患者服务管理平台试点应用后已经取得较大成效,更多的患者选择到基层医院就诊,即便需要到上级医院就诊,也可以就近提前挂号、就近取检查检验结果.结论 通过本项目的建设和推广应用,方便了患者在就近的社区服务中心可以享受三级甲等医院的医疗服务,有效缓解了三级医院的就诊压力,节省了医疗资源.
