基于电子病历应用模型标准的医院信息化建设实践

摘要

美国医疗信息与管理系统协会(Healthcare Information and Management System Society,HIMSS)电子病历应用模型(Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model,EMRAM)评审标准是国际上对医院整体信息化建设水平的评价体系之一.本文通过对HIMSS EMRAM标准的解读和理解,结合我院信息化建设实际情况,指出医院信息化设计与建设思路,并阐述了取得的成效及心得体会.%The Standard of Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model(EMRAM) published by healthcare information and management system society(HIMSS) is one of the evaluation criteria for the international hospital general informatization level. Based on the interpretation and understanding of HIMSS EMRAM standard and actual situation in our hospital, the paper proposed the idea of design and construction of hospital informatization, and described the achievement and experiences.
