基于信息技术自救互救学习训练指导系统设计与应用

         

摘要

目的 创建基于IT条件全新的学习与训练模式,旨在提高官兵自救互救技术学习的效率.方法 主要采用基于计算机或便携式设备的软件系统形式开展培训.依托有线、无线网络可形成教学网络;由急救医学知识库、自救互救教学系统、考核系统、搜索归档系统、远程救治指导、预约培训及其他等组成(预约电子伤票、野战电子病历、可视化穿戴装备等接口).结果 网络训练是以计算机技术和网络技术为核心的现代信息技术在训练中的应用,是近年来才日渐兴起的一种新型训练模式.适用于基层官兵的培训模式,不受地域的限制,以分散化、个别化和自学为主,基层官兵可以更多地参与训练活动.结论 它是自救互救学习训练全新的培养模式.有利于培训活动的开展、提高培训质量和效率.网络训练环境可以对基层官兵有效实施培训,促进基层官兵进行自救互救训练,提高基层官兵的自救互救能力.%Objective To improve the learning efficiency of self-aid and mutual aid technology for soldiers, a new learning and training mode based on IT conditions was established. Methods Training was mainly done through software systems installed on computers or portable devices. Teaching network could be formed depending on wired and wireless network. This system was consisted by emergency medicine knowledge base, self-aid and mutual aid teaching system, examining system, searching and archiving system, remote medical treatment training guidance, booking training and other (such as electronic wound ticket booking, field electronic medical records, visualization wearable equipment and so on). Results Network training is the application of modern information technology which using computer technology and network technology as the core. It is a new training mode that has been rising in recent years. It is applicable to the training mode of the officers and soldiers, which is not restricted by the region, so as to decentralize, individualize and self-study. The officers and soldiers can participate in training activities more. Conclusion It is a new training mode of self-aid and mutual aid learning and rescue training. It is conducive to the development of training activities and the improvement of training quality and efficiency. The network training environment can effectively train the officers and soldiers, promote the officers and soldiers to carry out self-aid and mutual aid training, and improve the ability of self-aid and mutual aid for officers and soldiers.
