飞利浦Brilliance 16排CT故障分析与维修

         

摘要

本文首先对飞利浦Brilliance 16排CT简单介绍及工作原理的阐述.接着分析了飞利浦Brilliance 16排CT在开机扫描10余名的患者后,机器操作界面显示连续出现3例故障报错代码:"Gantry cannot comply, please try again""Patient table cannot comply, please retry""Tilt system cannot comply, please retry",机器重启后仍出现该故障的现象.最终通过更换R2D板后进一步解决此类报错故障现象.由于该故障属于环套式故障,需要工程师根据实际的维修经验及报错代码逐项判断,分项解决.通过此次维修的过程,望给临床维修工程师在维修过程中提供一定的帮助.%First of all, brief introduction and working principle of philips Brilliance 16 row CT were introduced in the present paper. Then, three consecutive of the philips Brilliance 16 row CT computed tomography that showed on the machine operation interface after more than 10 patients boot scanning were analyzed. The failure codes which including "Gantry can't comply please try again""Patient table cannot comply, please retry" and "Tilt system cannot comply, please retry". These faults still occured after the machine was restarted. Finally, the failures were solved by replacing the R2D board. Because the faults belonged to the ring type fault, it was necessary for the engineer to judge according to the actual maintenance experience and error code, and solve the problem. Through the process of this repair, we hope to provide some assistance to the clinical maintenance engineers during the maintenance.
