Objective To study the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced T1WI FLAIR combined with PROPELER technique in correcting head motion artifact in head MR examination. Methods Fifty patients with suspected intracranial lesions were enrolled in the study. All patients were examined with T1 FLAIR and T1 PROPELLER FLAIR respectively in head MR scan. Motion artifacts were blindly evaluated by two experienced radiologists. Results The motion artifact of T1 PROPELLER FLAIR was less than that of T1 FLAIR (c2=26.62,P<0.001). Conclusion T1WI FLAIR combined with PROPELER technique can reduce the formation of head motion artifact and improve the image quality.%目的 探讨T1 FLAIR结合PROPELLER技术在头颅MR增强检查中减少头颅运动伪影方面的应用.方法 对50例疑颅内病变的受检者分别使用T1 FLAIR序列和TI PROPELLER FLAIR序列进行头颅MR增强扫描,并由2名影像科医师对其图像质量进行盲法评分,分析图像的运动伪影情况.结果 使用T1 PROPRLLER FLAIR序列扫描得到的图像比T1 FLAIR序列扫描得到的图像的运动伪影明显减少(c2=26.62,P<0.001).结论 使用T1 PROPELLER FLAIR序列可明显减少头颅MR检查过程中运动伪影的产生,显著改善图像质量.
