目的 探讨子宫输卵管造影技术(Hysterosalpingography,HSG)对输卵管性不孕的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析9459例不孕患者HSG影像资料,评价子宫腔及输卵管显影情况,并对至少一侧输卵管通畅至通而不畅的5634例不孕患者进行随访,了解HSG对妊娠结局的影响.结果 HSG检出通畅输卵管百分比为14.3%,通而欠畅17.2%,通而不畅33.8%,通而极不畅8.1%,输卵管积水8.4%,输卵管阻塞18.2%.随访12290条符合试孕条件的输卵管患者5634例,总妊娠率约31%.结论HSG可准确评估输卵管通畅情况,延迟片对于判断通畅程度分级具有重要参考价值.%Objective To explore the diagnostic value of hysterosalpingography in the evaluation of fallopian tube patency. Methods This study reviewed the image data of 9459 patients who underwent painless hysterosalpingography. The uterine cavities and fallopian tubes of all patients were evaluated. The effect of HSG on the outcome of pregnancy was studied in 5634 patients with infertile patients who were not able to access to the oviduct. Results Of the fallopian tubes, unimpeded tubes accounted for 14.3%. Mild, moderate and severe blocked tubes accounted for 17.2%, 33.8% and 8.1%, respectively. The hydrosalpinx was in 7.8% tubes. The tubal obstruction was in 18.2%. A total of 12290 patients with oviduct were followed up and 5634 were treated. The total pregnancy rate was about 31%. Conclusion Painless HSG technique can accurately assess the patency of the fallopian tube. The delay film has important reference value for determining the degree of smooth flow.
