FAIR成像对子宫肌瘤诊断价值的初步研究

         

摘要

目的 分析子宫肌瘤在流动敏感交互式反转恢复(Flow-Sensitive Alternating Inversion Recovery,FAIR)序列的成像特征,探讨FAIR成像诊断子宫肌瘤的价值.方法 对32例子宫肌瘤患者行盆腔常规MRI成像和FAIR成像,测量子宫肌瘤和子宫肌瘤旁子宫肌层的FAIR成像的数值.两种组织间数值的差异采用配对样本t检验行比较,FAIR序列诊断子宫肌瘤的价值使用受试者工作特征曲线(Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve,ROC)进行分析.结果 子宫肌瘤的FAIR数值为107.90±20.92.子宫肌瘤旁肌层的FAIR相应数值为148.98±99.16.子宫肌瘤的FAIR数值低于子宫肌瘤旁子宫肌层(P<0.05).ROC曲线示FAIR曲线下面积(Area Under Curve,AUC)为0.661,敏感度为78.12%,特异度为53.13%.结论FAIR成像能反映子宫肌瘤和子宫肌层之间的血流灌注差异,但作为独立序列诊断子宫肌瘤的价值并不高.%Objective To analyze the imaging features of uterine fibroids in the FAIR and to explore the value of FAIR imaging in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids. Methods Thirty two patients with uterine fibroids were examined by conventional MRI and FAIR. Measurements of FAIR imaging of uterine fibroids and normal myometrium were performed. The differences of the measurement data were analyzed with the paired t-test. The value of FAIR to diagnose uterine fibroids was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve). Results The FAIR value of uterine fibroids was 107.90 ± 20.92. The FAIR value of normal myometrium was 148.98 ± 99.16. The FAIR values of uterine fibroids were lower than normal myometrium (P<0.05). The ROC curve showed an area under curve (AUC) of 0.661 with sensitivity of 78.12% and specificity of 53.13%. Conclusion FAIR imaging can show the signal difference between uterine fibroids and normal myometrium, but the value of uterine fibroids as a separate sequence is not high.
