可视化角膜生物力学分析仪在眼科临床中的应用

         

摘要

Corneal visualization scheimpflug technology (Corvis ST) is a new device which can record the process of corneal deformation and measure the corneal biomechanics. Corvis ST is favored by more and more researchers and ophthalmologists currently. The principles and measurement characteristics of Corvis ST was reviewed comprehensively in this paper. Meanwhile, the application of Corvis ST in cornea, myopia, glaucoma, cataract and other diseases and eyes was introduced. We hope that readers can have a comprehensive understanding of Corvis ST's principle and its application in ophthalmology clinic through this article.%可视化角膜生物力学分析仪(Corneal Visualization Scheimpflug Technology,Corvis ST)是目前用来评估角膜在体生物力学特性的临床设备,具有实时记录角膜受压形变过程的优势.目前,Corvis ST受到越来越多研究者及眼科医生的青睐.本文在简要介绍Corvis ST测量原理的基础上,对其在圆锥角膜、近视、青光眼以及白内障等疾病和眼部相关手术前后的应用进行综述.通过本文,读者可对Corvis ST的原理及其在眼科临床中的应用有一个全面的了解.
