基于数控电位器X9C103的温度调节器设计与应用

         

摘要

Objective In order to better control the test tube baby work every link to improve the success rate of IVF, the temperature control system of test tube heater needs to be adjusted to improve the accuracy of temperature. Methods The temperature regulator of test tube heater based on X9C103 chip was designed and manufactured according to the model of tube heater for egg collection in reproductive center of our hospital and adopting the internal control circuit. Results A temperature regulator was made according to the actual temperature control circuit of the test tube heating frame, and the temperature of the test tube heater could be adjusted. Conclusion The use of temperature regulator to complete the test tube heater temperature adjustment eliminates the need to send the heater to the manufacturers to adjust, which is a time-consuming and costly process, and it can save time and money to improve work efficiency.%目的 为了更好的把控试管婴儿工作的每一个环节,提高试管婴儿的成功率,需要对试管加热器温度控制系统进行调校,以提高温度准确性.方法 结合我院生殖中心取卵用试管加热器的型号,根据其内部控制电路,设计制作了基于X9C103芯片的试管加热器温度调节器.结果 根据试管加热架实际控温电路,制作了温度调节器,可以完成试管加热器温度的调校.结论 利用温度调节器完成试管加热器温度的调整,免去了将加热器送往厂家进行调校费时费钱的流程,节省时间和经费,提升工作效率.
