球形电动机系统结构复杂、旋转角度受到限制,高速、超高速运转时,机械支承的摩擦磨损造成关节部件发热,导致关节的动态特性变差,针对此.提出一种新型多自由度磁悬浮球形磁阻电动机.分析了电动机产生磁悬浮力和电磁转矩的机理,对磁悬浮球形磁阻电动机进行了综合控制,通过仿真分析了系统的悬浮控制结果.通过仿真试验可知,状态同步悬浮控制精度高,抗干扰性强.%This paper presented a novel multi-degree-of-freedom spherical reluctance motor with magnetic levitation, and analysed mechanism of magnetic force and electromagnetic torque that spherical motor generated. A comprehensive control of the spherical motor was conducted and analysed. The simulation experiments show that the state synchronization suspension control owns high precision and immunity to interference.
