大型铣齿机象鼻式内铣头分析性稳健设计

         

摘要

For the needs of analytical robust design of trunk type headstock of internal gear milling machine, a theoretical model of the headstock was established.The formulas of natural frequency and deformation were derived respectively with Rayleigh method and integral method.The robust analyses of the headstock structure show that the headstock inner and outer wall thickness make a greater impact on the deformation.After optimization, the integrated static stiffness increases by 4.69% ,the mass increases by 0.3%, and first-order natural frequency increases by 4.9%.The variances and sensitivity of all functional requirements declines generally, which greatly improves the robustness of the headstock.%针对大型圆柱内齿轮铣齿机象鼻式内铣头结构稳健设计的需要,建立了内铣头的数学模型,分别用瑞利法和积分法推导了内铣头固有频率和变形的计算公式.在此基础上,对内铣头进行了稳健性分析与设计.分析结果表明,内壁和外壁的厚度对变形的影响最大.稳健优化后,综合静刚度提高4.69%,质量增大0.3 oA,一阶固有频率提高4.9%,功能需求的方差及灵敏度也普遍降低,大大提高了内铣头的稳健性.
