无轴承异步电机集磁轴承和异步电机优点于一体,既能产生支承转子的径向悬浮力,又能产生驱动负载的电磁转矩,在高速机床电主轴、压缩机、涡流分子泵、计算机硬盘驱动等特殊场合具有广泛的应用前景.在介绍无轴承异步电机工作原理的基础上,对迄今为止出现的具有代表性的无轴承异步电机结构、数学模型以及控制技术进行了综述,针对目前无轴承异步电机的研究现状和不足之处,探讨了无轴承异步电机技术的研究方向和发展趋势,以期为进一步研究无轴承异步电机技术指明方向.%The bearingless induction motors combined the advantages of magnetic bearings and induction motors,so they can produce the radial suspension forces simultaneously to support the rotor,and the electromagnetic torque to drive the load.Therefore,it showed great scientific research and application values in special fields,such as high-speed machine tools,compressors,turbo-molecular pumps,computer disk drives,etc.The operational principle of bearingless induction motors was introduced herein firstly.Then,the representative motor topology structure,mathematical model,and control strategy of the bearingless induction motors were overviewed.Finally,according to the current issues of the bearingless induction motor technology,several possible development trends of the bearingless induction motor technology were discussed,in order to show the way for studying the bearingless induction motor technology further.
