蒙皮点阵结构参数化及力学性能优化

         

摘要

To address the complexity in the parametric topological design of lattice material struc-tures ,this paper established a modeling method based on cell structure of the topology ,and built the system for specimen’s parametric modeling and its mechanical properties’ optimization .The skin thickness and the pillar section radius of the specimen composed of typical unit cell were treated as op-timal parameters while the mass ,deformation and stress of the specimen were set as the optimal ob-jectives .Lattice structure material with lightweight and high strength plus good mechanical properties could then be obtained while subjected to the compression ,bending ,and torsional load .The findings of the comparative study data of the mechanics performance were obtained for various unit cells ,pro-viding the support for the skin-frame lattice material design and optimization analysis under disparate loading conditions .The way is demonstrated to be correctness and reliability with the results .%针对蒙皮点阵结构的拓扑参数设计困难的问题,提出了基于胞元拓扑结构的蒙皮点阵结构建模方法,构建了蒙皮点阵结构试件的参数化建模及力学性能协同优化系统。将5种胞元构成的试件的蒙皮厚度与胞元尺寸及支柱截面半径作为优化参数,试件质量、变形和应力等设定为优化目标,使试件在分别受到压缩、弯曲、扭转载荷时具有较好的力学性能,从而得到轻质、高强度的点阵结构材料。研究得到了在各种载荷下蒙皮点阵材料的设计与优化的分析方法及各种胞元结构试件力学性能的数据,并通过实例验证了该方法的正确性及可靠性。
