Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5块体非晶合金在超声振动场下的流变成形能力

         

摘要

将超声振动场引入到非晶过冷液流变成形中,设计了一套超声振动辅助金属热塑成形实验装置,进行了Zr55 Cu30 A11o Ni5块体非晶合金高温单轴压缩实验,研究了非晶合金在超声振动辅助下过冷液相区内的流变行为.实验结果表明,超声振动能减小非晶合金的流动应力与黏度,且输入功率越大,越有利于非晶合金的变形.分析了超声振动场提高非晶合金流变成形能力的机理:振动导致变形过程中内应力和摩擦力周期性消失,宏观上则表现为变形抗力的降低和摩擦条件的改善.%Ultrasonic vibration field was introduced into rheological forming of amorphous supercooled fluid,and an ultrasonic vibration-assisted metal forming experimental apparatus was designed.Experiments of high temperature uniaxial compression of Zr55 Cu30Al10Ni5 bulk metallic glasses were carried out,and the rheological behaviors of the Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5 in supercooled liquid state with ultrasonic vibrations were studied.The experimental results show that ultrasonic vibrations may reduce flow stress and viscosity of the bulk metallic glasses,and the greater the input power,the more conducive to the deformation of amorphous alloys.The mechanism of the improving of the rheological forming ability by ultrasonic vibrating fields is analyzed,and it is considered that the vibrations cause the periodic disappearance of the internal stress and friction in deformation,thus the macro performance is the reduction of deformation resistance and the improvement of friction conditions.
