研究目的：把握未来土地质量评价研究的方向。研究方法：文献资料法。研究结果：（1）未来土地质量评价的基础理论研究应把适合中国国情的土地评价体系研究，土地质量时空演变规律、过程机理及其不同尺度的环境、产能效应，土地利用方式对土地质量的影响及其调控等作为重点；（2）实践研究的重点应是现有评定成果的深化应用、耕地质量动态监测，土地健康与绿色产能研究，国家粮食生产核心区、经济发达地区和土地整理重点区域的耕地质量变化与监测调控研究。研究结论：未来土地质量评价研究将嗣绕土地资源可持续利用深化基础理论研究，加强实践应用研究，注重新技术应用，呈现出理论研究与实践研究相结合、国家层面的宏观研究与重点区域的微观研究相结合的趋势。%The purpose of the paper is to grasp the directions of land quality Evaluation research in the future. Method of literature review is used. The results of the paper are（ 1 ）the current studies were partial focusing on the land quality evaluation index system, and lacking of the change processes of land quality and the effects. The current studies pay more attention to macroscopic evaluation and less to microcosmic evaluation. Therefore the future fundamental theoretic research on land quality should take into account the land evaluation system, spatial-temporal law, process mechanism, and the impacts on environment and productivity on different scales, as well as the impacts of the regulation of land use on land quality; （2）the key points of practical application of current studies include that the further applications of present evaluation methods, the dynamic monitoring of land quality, the study of land security and green productivity, monitoring the land quality change in the national core grain production base, the developed regions and the key regions of land consolidation. The research conclusions are that the future research on land quality should pay more attention at the fundamental theory on sustainable land use, strengthen the practical application of the theory and newtechnologies. The trends of future studies are the combination of theoretical and practical researches, and the combination of macro-level and micro-level researches.
