血热证银屑病患者外周血 Th1、Th2和Th17的表达

Objective: To determine the association between Th1/Th2/Th17 cytokines, and blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis. Methods:Flow cytometry and ELISA were applied to test Th1/Th2/Th17 cytokines in the peripheral blood of the patients with blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis and healthy controls. Results:CD4+IFN-γ+ was higher in the patients with blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis than in the healthy controls, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), but the level of CD4+IL-4+ and CD4+IL-17+ was lower than healthy controls (P>0.05). The level of IFN-γ was higher in the patients with blood-heat syn-drome of psoriasis than in healthy controls. The level of IL-4 was lower in the patients with blood-heat syn-drome of psoriasis than in controls (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of IL-17 be-tween the two groups ( P>0.05) . Conclusion:The major Th cell immune mechanism in blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis was Th1 cell and the major cytokines was IFN-γ.%目的：确定血热证银屑病患者Th1/Th2/Th17主要细胞因子与银屑病血热证候的相关性。方法：分别采用流式细胞技术( FACS)及酶联免疫吸附测定法( ELISA)检测外周血单个核细胞( PM-BCs)及血浆Th1/Th2/Th17细胞分泌主要细胞因子的表达。结果：血热证银屑病的CD4＋IFN-γ为26.06±11.86较正常对照12.35±6.52升高(P<0.05)；CD4＋IL-4＋及CD4＋IL-17＋较正常对照稍降低(P>0.05)。 IFN-γ为91.20±48.37较正常对照47.44±21.46升高，而IL-4较正常对照下降( P<0.05)。 IL-17的水平两组无统计学差异。结论：血热证银屑病Th细胞免疫机制节点起主导作用的细胞亚型及细胞因子可能为Th1型，主导细胞因子为IFN-γ。
