重型药物不良反应的遗传学研究进展

摘要

药物不良反应是指正常剂量的药物用于预防、诊断、治疗疾病或调节生理机能时出现的有害和与用药目的无关的反应。其中药物超敏反应综合征、重症多形红斑、中毒性表皮坏死综合征为常见的重型药物不良反应。本文对目前有关药物不良反应的遗传学研究新进展进行了综述。%Harmful and unintended reactions to medicines that occur at normally used doses for treatment are called adverse drug reactions ( ADRs) . All ADRs are idiosyncratic reactions of the body to drugs. Severe adverse drug reactions ( SDAR) , including drug-induce hypersensitivity syndrome ( DHS) , Stevens-John-son syndrome ( SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis ( TEN) , are currently major ADRs. In this paper we fo-cus the genetic aspects of the syndrome.
