167例住院患者皮肤药物不良反应分析

摘要

There were 167 patients with cutaneous adverse drug reaction out of the 37 915 inpatients from January 2012 to May 2014. The incidence of cutaneous adverse drug reaction in inpatients was 4.40‰and the incidence was high in the 1-6 years old group (8.99‰). There were eighteen-three kinds of drugs leading to cutaneous adverse drug reaction in those inpatients. The main drugs inducing the adverse reaction included an-tibiotics (46.11%), Chinese medicine injections (17.96%) and nutrition supporting drugs (14.97%).%2012年1月至2014年5月我院37915例住院患者中发生皮肤药物不良反应的有167例，住院患者皮肤药物不良反应发病率4.40‰，其中1~6岁儿童发病率最高(8.99‰)。造成皮肤药物不良反应的药物共83种，主要药物为抗感染药(46.11％)、中药注射剂(17.96％)和营养支持类药物(14.97％)。
