The onset of perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens ( PCAS) may be associated with follicular atresia, infections, immune factors and so on. There is no special treatment for it at present. The e-tiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and treatment are summarized in this paper.%头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎(PCAS)可能与毛囊闭锁、各种感染、免疫因素等多种因素有关,目前尚无特效方法.本文就近年来PCAS的病因、发病机制、临床表现及治疗方面的进展进行综述.
