水分含量及添加剂对苜蓿青贮品质及CNCPS蛋白组分的影响

         

摘要

本试验旨在研究不同水分含量和生物及化学添加剂对苜蓿青贮品质及CNCPS蛋白质组分的影响。试验以初花期中苜四号苜蓿为原料,分别萎蔫至水分含量为79.5%、66.5%及60.1%,并将每个水分含量的苜蓿均设置四个处理组,即:①空白组;②105cfu/g乳酸菌+50mg/kg纤维素酶组(LP+C50组);③105cfu/g乳酸菌+100mg/kg纤维素酶(LP+C100组);④有机酸(甲酸+丙酸)组。使用0.5L塑料桶调制罐装青贮,并于发酵30d后开罐取样分析。结果表明:79.5%含水量的苜蓿青贮饲料的pH值显著低于其他处理组(P<0.01),乳酸含量最高,但是检测到较多丙酸和氨态氮(NH3-N)产生;而60.1%水分含量的苜蓿pH值较高,但并没有检测到丙酸,且NH3-N的含量低。同时,79.5%含水量的苜蓿青贮料中产生的非蛋白氮(NPN)和结合蛋白质显著高于其他两组含水量的苜蓿(P<0.01)。三组添加剂均可以提高青贮的发酵品质,其中LP+C100处理组的pH值最低、乳酸生成量最高,而有机酸处理组的NPN均最低。综合而言,60.1%含水量的苜蓿青贮饲料的品质最好,而使用LP+C100的作用效果最好。%The effect of moisture and additives on the quality and CNCPS protein fractions were tested in this trial. First cut alfalfa was wilted to 79.5%, 66.5% and 60.1% moisture content, respectively, then treated with:①distilled water as control;②105 cfu/gL. plantarum and 50 mg/kg cellulase (LP+C50);③105 cfu/gL. plantarum and 100 mg/kg cellulase(LP+C100);④6mL/kg formic acid+ propionic acid(FA+PA), respectively, and each treatment had 3 replications. Silages were analyzed after 30d of ensiling. The results showed that, 79.5% moisture alfalfa had signiifcantly lower pH (P<0.01), and the LA content was also the highest, however, a high level of BA and NH3-N was detected in silages of this moisture. While the pH was higher in 60.1% alfalfa silages, no BA was detected and the NH3-N was low. The NPN and unusable protein content in 79.5% silages were markedly higher than other silages. All additives improved the fermentation quality, while LP+C100 had the lowest pH and highest LA content, and the NPN concentration in PA+FA treated silages was the lowest. The quality of 60.1% moisture content was the best, and the applying LP+C100 made the most desirable fermentation quality.
