Objective Cervical dilation of the same capacity of the single cavity balloon and COOK cervical dilation effect of double cavity used in full-term pregnancy induced labor. Methods From 1 January 2014 to 31 January 2016, the pregnant women in early pregnancy in our hospital were treated as the research object. Research group:80 cases with cervical dilation balloon single cavity induced labor. Control group:80 cases of the COOK cervical dilation double cavity balloon induced labor. To observe the therapeutic effects induced labor two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the cervical mature and efficient of research group improved significantly, action time significantly shortened, the loss rate increased significantly, labor time significantly shortened, the first labor, significantly prolong the incubation period, the rate of umbilical cord prolapse, postpartum hemorrhage complication rate increased signiifcantly, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The two device, each has advantages and disadvantagesis. In clinical work, we should according to the speciifc circumstances, choose the appropriate way more.%目的：探讨相同容量的宫颈扩张单腔球囊与COOK宫颈扩张双腔应用于足月妊娠引产中的效果。方法选择2014年1月1日～2016年1月31日本院收治的孕足月初引产产妇作为研究对象。研究组：80例采用宫颈扩张单腔球囊引产；对照组：80例采用COOK宫颈扩张双腔球囊引产。观察两组受试者引产效果。结果与对照组相比，研究组促宫颈成熟有效率显著提高，作用时间明显缩短，脱落率明显增加，临产时间明显缩短，第一产程、潜伏期明显延长，脐带脱垂率、产后出血等并发症率明显升高，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论相同容量的单双腔球囊在足月妊娠引产中各有利弊，临床工作应具体情况具体分析，以提高产科质量。
