TI-RADS 4类甲状腺结节采用超声引导下细针穿刺抽吸活检的诊断价值

摘要

Objective To discuss the diagnostic effect of ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy for TI-RADS 4 kinds of thyroid nodules.Methods 210 cases of surgery patients with TI-RADS 4 kinds of thyroid nodules were selected as the study object, all patients were given ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy, to compare the results of aspiration biopsy and surgical pathology.Results The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy were respectively 99.2%, 97.1%, and 98.7%, the difference was statistically signiifcant to compare with the pathological diagnosis (P>0.05).ConclusionUltrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy has high diagnostic accuracy.%目的：探讨TI-RADS 4类甲状腺结节采用超声引导下细针穿刺抽吸活检的诊断效果。方法选择210例TI-RADS 4类甲状腺结节手术患者，所有患者术前均采用超声引导下细针穿刺抽吸活检，对比患者超声引导下细针穿刺抽吸活检和手术病理诊断结果。结果超声引导下细针穿刺抽吸活检诊断灵敏度为99.2%，特异度为97.1%，准确度为98.7%，与病理检查诊断准确率相比无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论超声引导下细针穿刺抽吸活检诊断准确度高。
