掺硝酸钙外加剂对湿拌砂浆抗冻性能影响的试验研究

摘要

When the wet mixed mortar is applied in the northern area, it will be affected by low temperature environ-ment in winter. The influence of calcium nitrate additives on frost resistance properties of wet mix mortar is studied by comparison test. The result shows that, at a temperature -4~5℃ range, admixtures containing calcium nitrate can reduce loss of consistency of wet-mixed mortar, improve frost resistance of mortar, and that is more benefical to mortar project construction. Calcium additives can improve frost resistance of low grade wet mixed mortar. However, it is not obvious to improve frost resistance of M15 and the high grade wet mixed mortar.%湿拌砂浆在北方地区推广应用过程中，将会受到冬季低温环境的影响。本文通过试验，对比研究了掺硝酸钙外加剂对湿拌砂浆抗冻性能的影响，试验表明，在-4~5℃温度变化范围内，使用含硝酸钙外加剂可以降低湿拌砂浆的稠度损失，改善砂浆的抗冻性能，更有利于砂浆工程施工；硝酸钙外加剂可以提高低强度等级湿拌砂浆的抗冻性能，但对于M15及以上较高强度等级湿拌砂浆的抗冻性能改善作用不明显。
