以葡萄球菌肠毒素B (S EB )蛋白为模板分子,以聚苯乙烯微球为基质,采用表面分子印迹法制备了S EB分子印迹聚合物.利用平衡吸附试验分析了S EB聚合物对目标蛋白的吸附能力及对类似底物的选择性;分析了该聚合物的吸附动力学,并利用扫描电镜观察了其形貌特征和颗粒尺寸.结果表明,经Scatchard模型分析求得的标题聚合物的最大表观结合量 Qmax为3.23 mg/g ;所制备的SEB分子印迹聚合物呈微球形,粒径约为1~2μm ,对S EB蛋白具有较好的吸附性和特异选择性.%A molecularly imprinted polymer (M IP ) possessing specific molecule recognition ability for staphylococcus enterotoxin B (SEB) protein was synthesized by molecular imprinting technique with SEB as the template molecule and polystyrene microsphere as the substrate . Equilibrium binding experiments were used to investigate the binding ability of as-synthesized MIP beads for template molecule and their selectivity for several similar substrates .The ad-sorption dynamics of SEB-imprinted polymer beads was investigated ;and their morphology and size were examined with a scanning electron microscope .Results indicate that the apparent maximum adsorption capacity (Qmax ) of the title polymer beads ,calculated based on Scatchard model analysis ,is 3 .23 mg/g .Besides ,as-obtained SEB-MIP beads appear as microspheres with a diameter of approximately 1-2 μm and they exhibit good adsorption capacity and selec-tive recognition ability for SEB protein .
