委内瑞拉减黏调和油的储存输运稳定性

         

摘要

通过考察委内瑞拉常渣减黏调和油黏度、密度、残炭和组成的变化,研究了调和油的长期储存稳定性。通过酸值、胶质和沥青质的结构变化,研究了影响调和油长期储存稳定性的因素。结果表明,不同反应条件下的调和油上下层的黏度、密度和残炭差异不显著,基本相同,调和油没有发生分层现象,长期储存稳定性较好,满足船运要求。随着反应苛刻度和储存时间的增加,胶质/沥青质之比减小,调和油的稳定性下降。溶解在调和油中的微量氧与调和油中的自由基和烯烃发生反应,使得酸值增加。储存过程中胶质和沥青质均发生了缩合,不同反应苛刻度下,4个减黏调和油的胶质结构差异并不大,但420℃/30min调和油沥青质的缩合较明显。氧化反应和胶质、沥青质的缩合使得调和油的长期储存稳定性下降。%Long-term storage stability of Venezuela atmospheric residue visbreaking blended oil was studied by the changes of kinematic viscosity,density,Conradson carbon residue and composition of blended oils. Influence factors on the long-term storage stability of blended oil were studied by the changes of TAN(total acid number),resin and asphaltene structures. It was found that viscosity, density and Conradson carbon residue of upper and lower layer of blended oils under different reaction conditions are not remarkablely different. Blended oils without delamination phenomenon are good at long-term storage stability,and meet shipping requirements. Along with the increasing of reaction severity and storage time,resin/asphaltene ratio decreased,so long-term storage stability of blended oil declined. The reaction of trace oxygen,free radical and olefin in blended oil caused the increasing of blended oil TAN. Resin and asphaltene condensed in storage,resin structures of four visbreaking blended oils in different reaction severity were not noticeably different,but asphaltenes condensation was obvious in 420℃/30min blended oil. The oxidation reaction and the condensation of resin and asphaltene lead to the decreasing of long-term storage stability of blended oil.
