生物气中吸附法去除硅氧烷的研究进展

         

摘要

生物气中痕量有机物硅氧烷的存在严重阻碍了生物气作为绿色可再生能源的利用,吸附法是去除半挥发有机物的一种主要方法。本文介绍了吸附法去除生物气中硅氧烷的研究进展,指出吸附剂的选择、铺集硅氧烷方法、定量硅氧烷浓度等是吸附法处理的技术难点。重点分析了活性炭、硅胶、氧化铝、分子筛等吸附剂吸附去除硅氧烷研究现状;比较了撞击器、不锈钢罐、Tedlar 袋等取样方法捕集硅氧烷的优缺点;通过比较 GC、GC-MS、FTIR等分析测试量化硅氧烷浓度;并探讨了吸附法去除硅氧烷的吸附机理,指出加强不同吸附剂表面化学研究、研究吸附硅氧烷机理、吸附模型拟合是吸附去除硅氧烷领域的主要研究方向。%The presence of trace siloxanes is the major barrier to the use of biogas as an alternative renewable energy source. Adsorption is a major way to remove semi-volatile organic compounds. This paper reviewed the removal of siloxane in biogas by adsorption. The choice of adsorbents,the way of siloxane capture,and the determination of the concentration of siloxane are the technical difficulties. The present research situations of active carbon,silica gel,alumina,molecular sieve were analyzed primarily. The advantages and disadvantages of sampling with impinger,stainless steel tank,or Tedlar bag were compared. The determination of siloxane concentration by GC,GC-MS,FTIR and so on were introduced. Adsorption mechanism of siloxane removing,research of the surface chemistry of different adsorbents,study of the mechanism of adsorption,curve fitting of adsorption model were thought to be the main research directions in the field of siloxane removing by adsorption.
